ENERGY HEALING + DEEP REST

Untitled design-3.png

A blend of breath work, meditation, and reiki energy healing to support your body's natural healing processes.

By stimulating the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and restoring balance and flow to the chakras and energetic field, we can release tension in the physical body, and remove resistance in the emotional body so you can operate at your highest potential.

You will receive personalized guidance after the session to amplify the healing.

What is Reiki?

A Japanese energy healing technique that promotes stress relief, pain reduction, and enhanced mood by stimulating the body's natural healing processes.
Reiki comes from the Japanese words "Rei" meaning Universal, and "Ki" meaning Life Force Energy. Together the words mean Universal Life Force Energy

.
The practitioner acts as a channel for this energy transferring it to the client from a distance, through light touch or hovering the hands just above the body. The energy is focused at each of the chakras of the body to clear blockages. Blockages are created by unreleased emotions or trauma. Once the chakras are cleared, the flow of energy is restored, and the body can focus on regeneration.

Due to the fact that Reiki is an energetic healing technique and we, as humans, are energetic beings, the energy can be transferred from practitioner to client from anywhere in the world. This allows the client to relax comfortably in their own home and still receive the same quality of healing.

The client may feel warmth, tingling, pulsing or even nothing at all during the session. Some clients feel so peaceful and relaxed that they fall asleep or drift into a meditative state. There is no correct way to experience Reiki as we are all unique beings.
Reiki improves our ability to heal and allows us to deeply relax during the process.

What is Meditation?

A practice of becoming completely aware of the present moment by training our attention. As we focus solely on the present moment we become conscious of our thoughts. Our thoughts are always on the past we can't change or the future we want to control. By focusing on the present moment we allow ourselves to see how our mental program is running the show. We can then reprogram our mind to slow down and become fully present in the now.

Meditation is proven to increase mental clarity, creativity, & attention. It improves memory, self-esteem, & sleep quality. And it reduces stress, anxiety, & pain.

Studies show that long term meditation has measurable effects on the brain, like growth in the area of emotional regulation, and shrinkage in the area of fear. This means you can physically change the size of your brain by practicing meditation consistently.

There are many forms of meditation, such as chakra meditation, mantra meditation, visualization meditation, focused meditation, moving meditation, mindfulness meditation, body scan meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and more. These practices can be done guided or unguided. Guided meditation helps you to become familiar with the practice and build confidence, so you can eventually meditate without being lead.
A daily meditation practice can drastically improve your quality of life.

What is Breathwork?

A term used to describe the various techniques of conscious breath control. In yoga this is called "pranayama."

Ancient cultures have known that life force energy is carried on the breath, and where attention goes energy flows.

Breath work can be used to energize the body or calm it down. In the same way, it can be used to heat up the body or cool it down. There are many different options when working with your breath. These techniques can be used in conjunction with yoga for heat & energy, or meditation for cool & calm, or simply on their own for a reset.

As infants, we come into the world with beautiful deep belly breaths. This sends tons of oxygen to our brains and stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system. Then as life teaches us to hurry up and go go go, our breathing becomes shallow. We begin to decrease the oxygen flow to the brain and keep our sympathetic nervous system activated. Learning to control our breath, expand our lung capacity, and focus our energy allows us to return to that natural state of being.

Breathwork is proven to increase energy levels and boost your immune system. It improves digestion, sleep, self esteem, and creativity. And it reduces pain, stress, and anxiety.
Tap into the beauty of your breath every day.
