Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments: All services must be booked in advance through our website or approved scheduling platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the session without refund. For group classes, refunds will not be issued after the class begins.
