Ascended Wellness provides the following offerings:

In-person and virtual yoga sessions (individual and group)

In-person and virtual Yoga Nidra sessions

In-person and virtual Reiki healing

In-person and virtual restorative wellness coaching

All services are offered by appointment only and may be subject to availability.

4. Booking & Payments
All services must be booked in advance through our website or approved scheduling platform.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay .

5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the session without refund.

For group classes, refunds will not be issued after the class begins.

All services provided by Ascended Wellness are intended to support holistic wellness and are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare.

By participating, you affirm that you are in good physical health or have received appropriate clearance from your healthcare provider.
